On offer is a refurbished LG Voyager VX10000 titanium cell phone ready for activation on the Verizon Wireless network contract free – ESN cleared and verified. This device is in mint condition – it comes refurbished in brand new housing, and includes a battery, and wall charger. The LG Voyager features a large touchscreen on the front with haptic feedback, giving users a small vibration when they touch a button. This messaging-centric phone flips open like a laptop to reveal a QWERTY keyboard. The LG Voyager is exclusive to Verizon Wireless and features support for its high-speed EV-DO 3G network. The Voyager also includes a full HTML web browser, as well as V CAST Music and Video and V CAST Mobile TV. The music player on the LG Voyager supports MP3, WMA, and unprotected AAC music files. The LG Voyager also features a 2.0 megapixel camera with video capture, as well as a microSD card slot, with support for capacities up to 8GB. Review:

Never do business with The OEM Shop. Phone was originally advertised as “new”. Received two days before the estimated ship date which I thought was great but then the problems began. 1st, I opened the generic package and realized that the phone was refurbished. It was such a good price that I overlooked the refurbished condition. 2nd, tried to activate the phone with Verizon Wireless and representative told me that the phone could not be activated because the MEID was tied to another cell phone number. 3rd, left several messages at the telephone number listed on the packing slip-never got a return call. 4th, emailed The OEM Shop at least 5 times and no response. Only got an email back after I put in a claim through Amazon. The OEM shop did not want to issue me a RMA number to return the phone. Went back in forth about the numbers in the battery compartment until I guess they realized that they couldn’t leave me with a cell phone that could not be activated. They have horrible customer service. DON’T DEAL WITH ANY COMPANY THAT INSISTS ON A RMA NUMBER BEFORE ACCEPTING A RETURN!!!!
